Is life feeling unusually intense? Do you sense change beneath the surface of things? Do things feel different, but you're not sure why?

These are powerful days, indeed. I’m inspired to connect with you today to share reflections and touchstones that are helpful for me on my own journey through this time.
The intensity in our world is building. Change is everywhere. False programming and outdated structures are being revealed, and the opportunities for personal breakthrough are here in every moment.
The more things change, the more important it is to cultivate neutrality and remain aligned within.
We are all growing by leaps and bounds. The process isn’t easy. Shake-ups are part of our current territory. If you have been feeling unsettled, or experiencing emotional extremes from joy to fear, and clarity to confusion, know that you’re not alone.
As one of my friends recently said, “What the f*@ is going on!?!?!?” As I said to her, the answer is simple: Our world is waking up and we’re moving together into the new frequencies of the Aquarian Age.
The good news is that we’re on our path. I’m writing today to provide some positive context for the current energies, including unsettling feelings or experiences you may have. My intention with this message is to offer some insight and practical tools in case you, too, have been feeling the shifts.These are powerful days, indeed.

My intention with this message is to offer some insight and practical tools in case you, too, have been feeling the shifts.
The Aquarian Age is Here!
For those of us who follow the energies of life through astrology, Pluto’s entry into Aquarius on March 23rd has marked the official beginning of the Aquarian Age.
The Aquarian Age is a 2,000 year marker with the opportunity for ascension. As we make the shift, our new Age will be filled with freedom, expanded awareness and the ability to co-create a new world.
As the gate-keeper of our Solar system, Pluto supports this process by delivering the raw power of Source energy. This pure power of creation is now infusing our own consciousness with energies of the new zodiac Age.
The recent years have been a potent time of preparation. Now, with Pluto’s recent activation of Aquarius there is no holding back. We’re directly receiving the new frequencies. We can feel within that things have changed. We’re getting our abilities back. We’re remembering who we are.
The Power of Neutrality
Adjustment is the tarot card for this past week’s Libra Full Moon.
This card represents full participation in life, by coming into conscious, internal balance with all of one’s relationships and circumstances.
“Adjusting” refers to the ability to intentionally participate in life through inner balance and choice.
As cardinal Air, Libra activates our intuitive abilities. The Priestess in this image balances on the sword of illuminated Awareness, representing her total dedication to inner guidance.
Neutrality is another word for the inner balance portrayed here. This is not a passive act. The Priestess must be incredibly strong to remain in dynamic equilibrium. This shows how neutrality is a high-frequency ability that requires inner strength, will and focus.
Being Multidimensional - Claiming Your Birthright
The Aries-Libra polarity, (activated by the Full Moon) is represented here by the Emperor and Adjustment cards.
This is one of the most potent polarities in the entire zodiac, especially now as we enter a new phase of personal and global awakening.
Aries (The Emperor) represents inner authority through will, vitality, creativity and the commitment to be a true individual. Aries enables us to fully receive and act upon the powerful activations of Source energy that are being delivered to us now.
Libra (Adjustment) takes awakening to the next level, through new activations of inspired individuality and the desire to expand, in order to participate authentically in all of the circumstances of one’s life.
Working together, the Aries-Libra polarity enables us to participate fully in all of the changes in life from a balanced state of self-direction and high-frequency awareness.
The new Aquarian frequencies are up-leveling all of our abilities. When we put our focus on remaining balanced and neutral within, even during intensity, we can observe and respond to life from higher-frequency perspectives.
From lower frequencies, the process can feel chaotic. When this happens, it’s simply a reminder to shift your focus. Move within, and return to balance. This ability to return to balance, even when triggered or upset, is the muscle that leads to higher frequency awareness.
The Full Moon Spread: April 5th - 19th
Knowing the intensity of the current time, I asked my guidance for a message of encouragement and practical advice.
This spread is infused with the affirmation of our power to heal and create.
The Princess of Disks (bottom center) in the position of Mind and Awareness represents your emergence into new qualities of embodiment, confidence and well being.
In this image, the Princess is with child and holds the Ace of Disks, representing your awareness that new creation is born within. What you are bringing to birth is absolutely real, despite the fact that it isn’t yet visible in the outer world.
Her staff points into the Earth with a large diamond at the tip. This represents the creative power of your Spirit and your ability to embody your Light and then share it with all of creation.
The Ace of Wands (left) in the position of Body and Circumstances represents the new energies of creation that are available to you now.
Aces represent the infinite potential of creation in the present moment. As an important synchronicity, on the Tree of Life this Ace is also the diamond at the tip of the Princess’s staff, discussed above.
You have traveled into a new frequency of awareness. The Aces of Wands reminds you to reach for the highest frequencies possible. Choose creativity, optimism, happiness and joy. From these frequencies anything, indeed EVERYTHING, is possible.
The Five of Disks, Worry (right) in the position of Spirit holds a super important message for us now. This card represents the shadow activations of the new energies of change, especially through habits of overwhelm, worry and fear.
Our worries are especially triggered when things are intense, unexpected or unsettled. These thoughts and feelings are based on the past, either from literal memories, or collective pain body, or patterns you have inherited.
In the position of Spirit, this card affirms your ability now to OBSERVE these thoughts, and recognize the frequencies as triggers and habits from the past. Perhaps they are not even yours, but something you’re picking up from the etheric realm.
When you observe these thoughts and feelings you can transcend them. In this way you cut the cycle and avoid re-creating the outcomes that your worry envisions.
It’s important always to remember that your Spirit (higher Self) never worries! Worry is always a symptom of being misaligned. You’re reminded here to go within and reconnect whenever you feel overwhelmed by old habits of thought.
The Three of Wands, Virtue (top center) is in the position of What is Being Integrated.
This card represents personal awakening. The term Virtue refers to your ability to choose your Self. The astrology of this card is Sun in Aries (the Sun’s position now!), and it summarizes perfectly the message of the spread.
Through the process described here you have the will and inspiration you need to show up in every moment, to go within, and choose your Self. In this way you release the hold of the past, and have access to unlimited new possibilities.
Adjustment (center, horizontal) appears as a final exclamation point of the spread, affirming the power of this time.
You have access now to new qualities of inner calm and resilience. This inner balance will lead to new realizations and new levels of intuitive awareness.

Navigating the Intensity - Go Within
The intensity of the energies right now is real and necessary.
As we each receive the new Aquarian frequencies, our intuition expands and we begin to see and feel our way through the darkness to the light.
The very fabric of our perceived reality is shifting. The more you are able to go within and connect to your inspiration, the less you will be impacted by the external energies and belief systems that have controlled us for so long.
Do your best to cultivate neutrality. Remember, your inner Being never feels worried or afraid. If you’re feeling fear, you’re not connected to your Self. When this happens place your attention on returning to balance.
As much as possible remain curious to the unknown. Observe without judgment. Don’t take things personally. Stay in your heart. Release the need to revisit and rehash the past. Let go of old stories.
The present moment holds miracles of new creation. We don’t know yet what will come to form. Be kind to the tenderness and vulnerability of what is emerging.
Remember, new creation arises from within.
We are poised at a remarkable moment in our world. The new Aquarian Age is real. Remember that you are nourishing it within, through the miracle of your light.
