I hope today’s message finds you well and thriving.
I sat down this morning to send an invitation to my upcoming workshop (see below), yet found myself wanting first to express to you how truly excited and inspired I am to be alive, in this beautiful world, at this amazing time.
Day by day the Light in our world is increasing. The more we learn to participate by opening to the Light within, the more we can experience new qualities of awareness, inner knowing, creativity and joy.
Ascension is real! The more we are able to focus on the Light within, the more the light expands. The more our Light expands, the more we heal, and the more the past falls away. This process happens moment by moment, breath by breath, choice by choice.
This is our time. We have waited many eons for this opportunity. The challenges in our world are real, however don’t let anyone fool you into thinking all is lost! Our ability to create and dream a new world into being far surpasses whatever is failing and falling apart.
It’s time to trust our dreams and follow our passions into new creation. My passion is to continue to commit each day to following Spirit’s lead and showing up fully for this great adventure of life. The more I follow my Spirit, the more new synchronicities I experience and the more ease and joy I find in every moment. Thank you, each of you, for following your own passion and for sharing your inspired creations as together we dream our new world into being.

Spring Equinox Sound Ceremony

Join my friend Irene Ingalls from the Seattle Sound Temple for this very special Spring Equinox Sound Bath.
Those who have experienced Irene’s brilliant gifts know what a special evening this will be. Irene will bring all of her largest singing bowls to fully vibrate the room. Half way through the event, four professional sound practitioners, (including myself!) will work over each person to increase their experience of this magnificent crescendo of sound.
Doors will open at 6:30 pm to allow everyone to get settled in before we begin at 7:00. There may be some tickets available at the door, but we suggest purchasing ahead to secure your spot. Bring your yoga mats, blankets and pillows and settle in for an evening of light and sound.
